Have you ever gotten up abruptly from your chair or turned too fast and injured yourself. Not the most pleasant experience, right? These injuries often happens when a person's body is not in proper alignment (good posture) which leads to muscle imbalance. People tend not to link these type of experiences to having bad posture and that's a big mistake. When one is aware of their posture that person is less susceptible to injuries. There are steps you can take to remind yourself to correct your posture.
