Mindful Tuesday: List 3 things you are grateful for and why



I'm grateful for having this platform that allows me to share with our community.

I'm grateful for my health which allows me to live an optimum lifestyle.

I'm grateful for you all that are a part of the GetUpNGetFit community because without you guys there won't be a GetUpNGetFit.

  • Hey guys, I wanted to share an awesome meal idea that I have frequently for either a mid-day snack or even for dinner. I simply get 1 ripe Avocado mash it in a bowl and then add 1 can/pouch of Tuna fish. The avocado is a great healthy substitute for mayo and adds a lot of flavor. I also like to get the Starfish Tuna Creations pouches because they have all different kinds of flavors which are delicious. Sometimes I eat this with just a fork as it is or other times I'll put it in a wrap with some lettuce and other veggies. TJ also gave me the great idea of putting it on top of rice cakes for some added sustenance and crunch.
