Hey guys, I wanted to share an awesome meal idea that I have frequently for either a mid-day snack or even for dinner. I simply get 1 ripe Avocado mash it in a bowl and then add 1 can/pouch of Tuna fish. The avocado is a great healthy substitute for mayo and adds a lot of flavor. I also like to get the Starfish Tuna Creations pouches because they have all different kinds of flavors which are delicious. Sometimes I eat this with just a fork as it is or other times I'll put it in a wrap with some lettuce and other veggies. TJ also gave me the great idea of putting it on top of rice cakes for some added sustenance and crunch.
